I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and the location of our hire car return which made it very easy. Although we did not need to use it, the hotel also provides a shuttle service to the airport. It was also close to Whiteman Park where we spent our final day rather than going back into the CBD. An easy 6 min drive to the local shopping centre. The ground-floor room (another plus) was spacious and we had complementary snacks and wine which was much appreciated at the end of our travels. The complex also has a dining room for dinner and breakfast for those who wish it (extra cost).

The booking was quick, easy and efficient, with a very quick response time. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport. The free 24/7 shuttle service between the hotel and the airport was a huge bonus because we arrived late at night and had another flight out early the next morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, providing easy and detailed instructions for booking the free shuttle service. The on-site restaurant was very convenient for an early breakfast, with a good selection of options on the menu.

En-suite bathroom and kitchenette, fridge, hairdryer and kettle. Large tv and air conditioner. I’ve stayed here several times and will stay there again next time over in Perth. The dining room has varied breakfast and dinner menus and staff are all very friendly throughout the premises.

Wake up call service and the early morning shuttle to the airport was very good, helpful and convenient. My wife forgot her phone in the room on the way to the airport, but the Shuttle Bus Operator kindly helped us, and brought the phone back to us at the airport (within 30min) in her next run.

The room was not modern but the bed was comfortable and the shower good. We also appreciated the wine and treats left for our arrival. A really nice gesture. It was only a short walk to Redcliffe Station too so I went into Perth for the day. The staff stored my baggage.
